November in Stockholm is... well... cold! But the city is magic! Housing: there are many really clean hostels downtown, some of them are situated on nice boats Food: Meat balls, elk Tips: If you go in November the dark is coming on the city early in the afternoon. It's a wierd but nice experience to live at least once in your life. For those who expect the sea to be frozen, well, not in November. Stockholm is easy to reach with some low cost flights but the airport is really far away from the city. If you fly back early in the morning you can either sleep in the airport (but there are not even chairs) or stay in the airport hotel wich rumors say to be quite cheap...
